- These days it is very tough to have a single income family and get anywhere. I live in Boston. Its EXPENSIVE. You need a 6 figure income to not go into debt here if you have a family. I earn more than my girlfriend, but I wouldn't mind if she earned more than me.

- I saw a study that came out a couple days ago that said the MOST American car in terms of labor and parts was.....a Toyota Camry. Most GM cars are assembled in Canada and Mexico. Buying Toyota IS buying American.

- It was all of the above that did them in, the accounting, the union deals, and the cars. But it was mostly the cars. If people desired the cars, the money would flow in enough that the other aspectss wouldn't be a problem.
